  We are incredibly lucky to have had Sari Pearce as our realtor. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and effective realtor and she advocated for us throughout the whole journey of buying our first house. She always looked out for our best interest. Despite there being multiple challenges and setbacks related to the process, she continued to advocate and advise even with the modest commission earned on our starter home. Even after closing on the house, she followed up on document issues related to the lender. We were so lucky to have her as our realtor and I couldn't recommend someone more highly. We truly don't know what we would have done without her!

  Maybe I'm biased, but I have known Natalie for a very long time, so when it was time for me to buy my first house, I know I was going to work with her. Throughout the whole process, she was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and incredibly accommodating to fit within my schedule. Even as a long time friend, she still went above and beyond what I expected. I never once got the feeling that she was giving me special treatment because of our friendship. I truly believe she treats every one of her clients with the same kind of trust and warmth. I plan to recommend her to all my friends who plan to buy or sell a house!!
